These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the bepkr platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bepkr ("bepkr", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and live casino information platform accessible at https://bepkr.cam (the "Platform").
bepkr is an independent English-language information platform designed primarily for users located in Pakistan. By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
Important Legal Note: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online gambling may depend on applicable law, your location and the licensing jurisdiction of the operator you choose to engage with. These Terms do not constitute legal advice. To register an Account and participate in betting or gaming activities on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or the laws of your country of residence, whichever is greater. bepkr operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that participating in online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to you. bepkr makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. You must not be under any legal disability, court order or other restriction that prevents you from gambling or entering into binding contracts.
Each user is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual or on behalf of related parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form.
During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, a valid email address, a secure password, your date of birth and your country of residence. You may also be asked to provide a mobile number for two-factor authentication and account security purposes.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate and not misleading. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any details change. bepkr reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, inaccurate or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bepkr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. bepkr shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
bepkr may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses or as part of ongoing compliance monitoring. Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or current passport. Proof of address and payment method verification may also be required. Documents must only be submitted through the Platform's verified HTTPS secure upload portal. Under no circumstances should you share KYC documents via unsecured chat applications or third-party channels.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, bepkr grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own lawful entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

Specific rules governing individual sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, instant games and any other wagering products available on the Platform are published within the relevant game or market sections. The following general principles apply across all products:
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and games as specified within the relevant product interface. bepkr reserves the right to amend these limits at any time without prior notice.
bepkr reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet or wager at its discretion, including where a market error, data feed error or technical fault has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game outcomes.
A bet or wager will be declared void, and the relevant stake returned, in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment without a result being determined, or where the bet was placed after the relevant event has concluded.
Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game must be raised with customer support within 72 hours of the relevant result being published. Claims raised outside this window may not be considered. bepkr's decision on wagering disputes shall be final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.
Given the strong cricket culture in Pakistan, bepkr provides extensive coverage of PSL T20, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and Test cricket. Standard match betting, in-play markets and special markets (such as top batsman, highest first over total) are governed by the market-specific rules published alongside each market. References to any league, tournament or team do not constitute an endorsement or official partnership with those bodies.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
The Platform may reference payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant payment services such as Raast, and bank transfers with institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These references are provided for contextual familiarity only. bepkr does not claim that any of these providers endorse, facilitate or support gambling transactions on this Platform. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change and depends on the operator's current configuration.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being fully completed, all applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied, and the account being in good standing with no outstanding compliance queries. Processing times are not guaranteed and vary by payment method and operator procedure. The withdrawal method must, as a general rule, match the deposit method used for the relevant funds.
Where the Platform displays amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs), these are indicative figures based on applicable exchange rates and the operator's published configurations at the time of display. bepkr makes no guarantee as to the prevailing exchange rate applicable at any specific moment.
bepkr operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-financing of terrorism (CFT) obligations. Transactions suspected of forming part of money laundering, fraud or any other illegal activity will be reported to relevant authorities and the associated accounts may be suspended or closed pending investigation.
From time to time, bepkr may make bonuses, free bets, cashback offers or other promotional incentives available to eligible users. The following conditions apply to all Bonus offers unless the applicable promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, bepkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bepkr's liability for death or personal injury arising from its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
The Platform and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. bepkr does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In connection with your use of the Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where required by Applicable Law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any available balance in your Account. Closure of an Account is subject to the resolution of any pending transactions, outstanding KYC requirements or active bonus conditions.
bepkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any Account at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; receipt of a self-exclusion request; or as required by a regulatory, legal or governmental authority.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding eligible balance will be processed in accordance with applicable procedures, subject to any deductions permitted under these Terms (for example, uncompleted wagering requirements on active bonuses). Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with them (whether contractual or non-contractual in nature) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bepkr is incorporated or licensed, as specified in the operator's published licensing information.
In the event of any dispute between you and bepkr arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team. If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable time, either party may escalate the dispute to the relevant regulatory body or dispute resolution service applicable to the operator's license jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.
bepkr reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bepkr will notify registered users via email, in-platform notification or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.1.
